One day a nasty lurgy comes to town. Locksie, a little girl, decides to plant some vegetable seeds. How will her vegetables – Tricky Tomato, Rigorous Radish, Caring Carrot and Masterful Mangetout - use their special powers to stop the spread of the lurgy?

Inspired by reading stories to children as a volunteer with Doorstep Library and by her own experience during Covid19, Georgina decided to put her own pen to paper. Georgina has a background of 20+ years in international development, having lived and worked in Brussels, New York and Zambia for the United Nations and is now involved in responsible leadership development bringing together public, private and social sector leaders in the UK.
Deeply passionate about great stories and how senses affect our perception, Sara Pittaluga graduated in Communication in Turin with an MA in Sensory Design in Milan. Her superpower is in her hands, that she uses in both her professions: she is a Reflexologist and a Cartoonist. She lives between London and the Ligurian Riviera, taking care of people's wellbeing by relaxing them, creating joyful visual worlds and teaching Italian.
